How to use the free grocery list tool:혻
Create your list:

Go to www.heartcheckmark.org, the Food Certification Program?셲 Web site.

Click the picture that says ?쏮y Grocery List??on the center of this page.

Make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser. For instructions on how to do this, see the following Web site: http://www.google.com/cookies.html.

On the next screen, you will see two options for easily finding the products you need:

Products grouped by category. For example, milk is listed under the ?쏡airy Case??category. Review the list to find the certified products you need. Click on the subcategory name to view the list of products.
- Products grouped by manufacturer. At the bottom of the page, you can browse a menu of manufacturers??names to find a particular product.
Please note that located beneath these two options, you will see two blue buttons to view ?쏱roduct List by Category??and ?쏱roduct List by Manufacturer.??These buttons will only allow you to view the entire product list. You will not be able to add items to your list on these pages.

You will see a list of the certified products for this subcategory or manufacturer. To make your selection, enter the quantity, and click ?쏛dd to List.??The product will appear on your list on the right-hand side of your screen.

Click the green ?쏳eturn to Product List??button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to return to the full list of categories.

Continue reviewing the list of products and manufacturers until you have added everything you need to your list.

To add other needed items that are not included in our list of certified products, such as paper towels or bottled water, scroll down to the ?쏮y Items??category and click ?쏛dd custom items to your list.??You can then enter your items one at a time, and click ?쏛dd to List.??Continue adding any items that you need. Click the green ?쏳eturn to Product List??button to return to the list of certified foods.

To delete an item from your list, click the trash can icon next to the item in your grocery list on the right-hand column of the screen. To delete all of the items on your list and start over, click the ?쏣mpty the Cart??button.

To save your list for future use, enter your e-mail address in the ?쏶ave My List??box and click ?쏶ave.??

Print your list:

Once you?셶e completed your list, you can print a copy to take with you to the store. Click the green ?쏱rint List??button.

A PDF of your printable grocery list will pop up in a new window.

Click ?쏤ile,??Print??and ?쏰K.??/font>

If your computer did not print the list, try the following:

Make sure your computer has Adobe Reader. If not, visit www.adobe.com/products to install the latest free version.

Turn off your Pop-up blocker. To do this in Internet Explorer 6.0, go to ?쏷ools??in your toolbar at the top of your screen, click ?쏱op-up Blocker,??click ?쏱op-up Blocker Settings,??and enter heart.org in the allow box labeled ?쏛ddress of Web site to allow.??Click ?쏞lose,??and repeat the steps 1-3 above.

Retrieve your list:

To access a list that you previously created, go to heartcheckmark.org and click ?쏮y Grocery List.??/font>

Enter your e-mail address in the ?쏶ave My List??box on the right-hand side of the screen.

Click ?쏳etrieve.??/font>

Follow the steps above to add items to your list, or click ?쏣mpty the Cart??to delete the entire list and start over.
Download your list to your Web-enabled mobile phone or PDA:

Follow the instructions above to create and save your grocery list from your computer.

From your mobile device, visit mylist.heartcheckmark.org to view the version of our Web site that is compatible with mobile devices. For instructions on how to access the Web from your mobile device, please see the product manual for your mobile device or contact the manufacturer.

Enter your e-mail address in the box to access your list and click ?쏳etrieve List.??

You will now be able to view the latest version of your grocery list.
